Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Smoking within the rooms, guest rooms, dining room or within 3 metres of the indoors areas is not permitted.

All prices are subject to change without notice
Full payment is required with your booking of accommodation
For events a 50% venue fee deposit is required upon booking and the final 50% due 1 week prior to the wedding
All further costs incurred on the day (bar, accommodation) must be settled in full on the day of departure

We accept valid credit cards details as a guarantee against a “no-show” for all bookings.

We require full payment in advance to hold the booking.

A minimum of 1 month is required by this property for cancellations, with a R5,000 cancellation fee deducted.

Cancellations made within 1 week of the check in time forfeit the full amount.

As we are a small property dependent on full occupancy, cancelled bookings often result in empty rooms.

We recommend that guest protect themselves with travel insurance.

Ivala Lodge, Gene and Bryan Bradfield will not be held responsible for loss, damage or injury to guests or personal items.

We have a range of wild animals at Ivala including CROCODILES in the river. Please do not approach any wild animals or swim in the river.

Additional hours after Midnight will be charged at R2,500 per hour.
